Orthodox Solutions LLC is committed to maintaining the privacy, integrity, and security of all information collected in the course of its commercial and contractual operations. This Privacy Policy sets forth the procedures and principles governing the collection, use, retention, disclosure, and protection of information, in accordance with applicable federal laws of the United States and the statutory requirements of the State of Texas. By accessing services rendered by Orthodox Solutions LLC, clients and contracting parties consent to the practices outlined herein and agree to the boundaries and limitations expressly defined below.

Information may be collected for the sole purpose of facilitating business operations, fulfilling service contracts, and complying with record-keeping obligations. Such information may include business names, contact persons, phone numbers, email addresses, project details, payment history, and scheduling data. Technical data may also be collected through digital platforms, including IP addresses and device identifiers, where relevant for operational integrity. No sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, health records, or financial account access credentials are solicited, stored, or processed under any condition.
 

The collection, use, and retention of data are limited exclusively to business purposes consistent with Texas Business and Commerce Code § 521.052, and in alignment with federal data handling standards, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 41–58). Orthodox Solutions LLC does not engage in the sale, leasing, or commercial distribution of any collected data to third parties for advertising or solicitation. Information may be shared only with state or federal agencies in compliance with lawful subpoenas, administrative orders, or legal process, and with third-party service providers operating under strict confidentiality who assist in administrative functions. At no point shall Orthodox Solutions LLC be held liable for the conduct, data mismanagement, or failures of any external entities beyond its operational scope.
 

All services provided are commercial in nature and are intended solely for businesses, contractors, and adult clients operating within the jurisdiction of the United States. Orthodox Solutions LLC does not knowingly offer services to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), in accordance with the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and Texas Contract Law, which limits contractual authority of minors. Any information received from a minor, whether intentionally or inadvertently, shall be purged upon discovery without liability or obligation.

Orthodox Solutions LLC shall not be held liable for any form of direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damage resulting from the use, misuse, interpretation, delay, or failure of its services or communication. Clients understand and agree that all labor, services, and operations are rendered strictly on a time-based basis, and Orthodox Solutions LLC is not accountable for work outcome, completion speed, or subjective satisfaction. Orthodox Solutions LLC assumes no responsibility for damage to property, financial losses, personal injuries, delays, or liability claims arising during or after engagement, whether on private, commercial, or governmental property. All obligations concerning safety, supervision, and final outcome rest exclusively with the client or contracting entity. This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted under Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code §§ 41.001–41.014 and related federal tort laws.
 

All data maintained is protected using reasonable industry standards for physical, digital, and procedural security. However, no system is immune to breach, and Orthodox Solutions LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of complete security or uninterrupted protection. In the event of unauthorized access, data theft, cyber intrusion, or operational sabotage, Orthodox Solutions LLC shall not bear any liability beyond what is mandated by law. Clients are encouraged to adopt independent safeguards and retain legal counsel for further protection of their proprietary interests.
 

Client information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, after which it is either securely deleted or archived in accordance with IRS standards and the Texas State Records Retention Schedule. Clients may submit a written request for data clarification or limited access to non-confidential records, subject to administrative processing.
 

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes arising under or related to this policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located within Harris County, Texas. Changes to this policy may occur at any time without prior notice, and updates will take immediate effect upon publication. Continued business interaction with Orthodox Solutions LLC following any policy modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
